Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino: Vintages and Personalities
A seminar dedicated to the Italian restaurant sector. The aim is to demonstrate the value of featuring multiple vintages of Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino on a wine list, to meet a wide range of tastes, needs, and food pairings that a single vintage cannot fulfil.
This “double pyramid” finds a natural bridge in the 2019 vintage, underscoring how Rosso di Montalcino, while enjoyable when young, can also evolve beautifully with a few years of age.
